Have only had the vessel approx 5 weeks.  purchased her for £2,500 with a Johnson 15hp 2 stroke (sold it for £300).  just replaced this with a new Honda 20 4stroke.  when i bought her she had had all the electrics ripped out.  these are now almost replaced.  the body is in the original gel coat.

so so far......

replaced all the electrics (none worked) and all wires were cut
re carpeted.
currently having all the cushions recovered in off white leatherette.
new engine
re anti fouling.
new seat and wheel
taken out the original fridge and gas (replacing with new style electric fridge)
replaced all fenders
painting and replacing where required all woodwork.
unfortunately a lot of the internal fibreglass panels look like Swiss cheese so would be interested in replacing them if poss.
so as you can see she is very much as i bought her.  she is moored at paper mill lock on the Chelmer and Blackwater canal in Essex.  there are perhaps 6 other Normans at the lock including 3 other 20's, a conquest, one about 30' long which is currently being restored and another of approx 27'.
